                            Our Philosophy

Be Different

“[B]eing different is absolutely essential if you want a chance at being superior…[be] active in unusual market niches; buying things others haven’t found, don’t like or consider too risky to touch.”

Howard Marks

Play in the Easy Game

“In the search for market inefficiencies, it helps to get to a market early, before it becomes understood, popular and respectable. There’s nothing like playing in an “easy game” – an inefficient asset class – where the other investors are few, ill-informed or biased negatively. That’s far easier than trying to be the smartest person in a game that everyone understands and is eager to play.”

                             Our Strategies

We partner and form private investment vehicles, with domain experts in sectors generally characterized as highly capital constrained and having barriers to entry either from real business advantages (tech-enabled processes, specialty sourcing etc.) or significant regulation.  We allocate capital to asymmetric investments with a significant probability of generating high, absolute returns, safely and consistently, with low correlation to traditional asset classes.

Sachem Cove, Uranium Focused Strategy

We seek to take advantage of the significant dislocation in the Uranium mining sector and intend to deploy capital into a highly selective group of public equities and private financings in the Uranium sector.

Bespoke Vehicles

We create special purpose investment vehicles across private and public markets with a primary focus of seeking to identify and monetize capital-constrained opportunities with high, absolute return potential.
